Train side-by-side with IFBB Pro Hidetada Yamagishi ("BIG HIDE") and 10x Ms. Olympia Iris Kyle — the winningest bodybuilder in history — in the bodybuilding capital of the world. The program is conducted in Japanese and English — both coaches are based in the U.S., so English speakers can fully enjoy every session. Participants of all nationalities are welcome. Please note that Korean/Chinese language support is limited.
The camp is designed mainly for intermediate and advanced lifters, but we value commitment over experience. Please describe your training background honestly in the application.
No — travel and accommodation are arranged by each participant. After acceptance, we'll send recommended hotels and booking tips.
